Running an event
Create an organiser account and submit your organisation for verification. A moderator reviews it, and once approved you can publish, sell and scan.
A problem with a booking
Your booking reference is on the booking page and in your confirmation email. Quoting it is the fastest way to get an answer about a specific ticket.
Support channels
Email and phone support are not connected yet. The addresses depend on the legal entity behind the account, which is still being set up. Until then, problems reach us through the organiser of the event you booked.
