A local events marketplace for India — the small nights as well as the big ones.
What it is
Kya Scene lists what is happening near you and sells the tickets. Organisers publish their own events, set their own prices and check people in at the door from a phone. Nobody has to be a promoter with a marketing budget to put something on.
Who it is for
Three groups, and the product is built for all three: people looking for something to do this week, organisers running anything from an open mic to a two-day festival, and venues with a room that sits empty on a Tuesday.
How it works
Search by neighbourhood, date, category or how far you are willing to travel. Free events register in one step. Paid ones take a card, and the ticket is a QR code that scans once. Organisers see who came; nobody else does.
About the money
Every price on this site is shown in full before you commit, and the server computes every number — the app you are using never calculates a total. Refunds follow the policy each event publishes, and both are visible before you book.
